Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Executive Assistant (EA2) to provide evening and weekend coverage. This role supports communications, creative updates, and administrative tasks while collaborating closely with EA1.

EA2 will focus on responsiveness, creative asset updates, and website management.

What You'll Do:

Communication & Reception Support

• Monitor incoming calls during evening/weekend hours.(Mon-Tues Off)
• Handle patron inquiries using provided FAQs and templates.
• Log calls and coordinate follow-ups.
• Monitor and route incoming emails.

Creative & Website Support

• Edit and resize show posters using Canva.
• Update show dates and promotional materi...
