About The Job Junior Fashion Designer (RTW) Junior Fashion Designer to join our Ready-to-Wear team. This is a great opportunity for emerging designers who are passionate about luxury fashion, creative design, and modern aesthetics. You'll work closely with the senior design team to develop seasonal collections, research trends, and translate ideas into beautiful, wearable designs. Key Responsibilities Are Following But Not Strictly Limited To Assist in developing ready-to-wear collections aligned with Zuria Dor's design philosophy.
Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and cultural inspirations to support concept development.
Create design sketches, mood boards, CADs, and presentations to visualize design directions.
Support in sourcing fabrics, trims, and embellishments in collaboration with the design team.
Prepare and update tech packs and design documentation.
Participate in internal design discussions, fittings, and review sessions.
