Junior ff&e designer

At John Jacob Interiors, we offer a holistic approach to design from architectural detailing to furnishing and we’re looking for a Junior Interior Designer with a passion for creating timeless, elegant spaces to join our award-winning team.

What you’ll do: Assist in selecting furniture, fabrics, finishes, lighting, and accessories Help prepare FF&E schedules, mood boards, and presentation documents Source products and request quotes from suppliers Track deliveries, and supplier timelines Maintain organized records of invoices, purchase orders, and samples Assist with site visits and installation coordination Communicate with suppliers and internal teams regarding updates Ensure items align with design intent, budget, and timelines What we’re looking for: Diploma or degree in Interior Design or related field 0–2 years experience (internship or junior role) Basic knowledge of furniture, materials, and finishes Proficiency in Auto CAD , Microsoft Excel , and design software (e.g....
