Job Summary
The Junior Finance Executive supports the finance team in daily accounting and financial operations. This role involves maintaining financial records, handling invoices, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining books of accounts and financial records
Record daily transactions, vouchers, and journal entries
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Assist in bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
Support monthly and year-end closing activities
Assist senior finance staff with financial reports and analysis
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Excel
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
