Junior Finance Officer

A Junior Finance Officer is responsible for assisting the Senior Finance Officer with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks. Their duties include reconciling bank records & cash advances, drafting financial documents and invoicing customers or collecting payments. The Junior Finance Officer's responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases, and reconciling invoices.

• Handles BIR dues such as monthly and quarterly taxes, and other related matters.
• Prepares billing for clients & ensure timely processing.
• Monitoring of accounts receivable and payables.
• Processing of budget requests & liquidations.
