Junior Financial Administrator

The successful candidate will be required to support the operational running of IMB's affordable distribution department under direct, approved instruction from the IMB Business Manager and indirectly with the COO to achieve client service excellence and support maximum client retention.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Telephonic support for affordable distribution department: Inbound & Outbound calls. Answer calls promptly and professionally, following standardized call scripts as per compliancy regulations.
• Data capturing, Extract client statements, Send client proof of payments, Setup client stop orders, General office administrative duties, Ensure compliance to policies, systems, and processes.
