Junior Financial Controller

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance team in an international startup environment. The role combines hands‑on execution with structured financial analysis and will support the business through controlling, reporting, budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis, and continuous improvements in how financial information is structured and presented. The position reports to the Finance Manager and works closely with key stakeholders across the organization.

Budgeting & forecasting support

• Support the annual budget process and periodic forecast updates.

Month‑end close support & coordination

• Support month‑end activities by validating data, allocations (cost centres/projects), and consistency across reporting outputs.
• Coordinate inputs and ensure outsourced accounting outputs are coherent and aligned with internal reporting needs, timelines, and standards.
