What will you be doing?
Support of the daily operations.
Manage and adjust inbound and outbound volume processing.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to support banking operations.
Communicate with Service Providers regarding daily operation workflow and service-related issues.
Monitor and handle incoming messages, notifications, and updates from Service Providers across various platforms.
Forming and allocating daily tasks per specific region as per the internal schedule.
