Junior Fleet Manager

The Junior Fleet Manager manages all the operations of his/her assigned vessels in coordination with the Principal's Crew Officer. They are the point of contact of the principal's crew department and responsible for the monitoring and compliance of key processes from the recruitment to deployment until the disembarkation of the seafarers always ensuring that seafarers comply with all the National, Internation and Principal requirements.

In the absence of the Junior Fleet Manager, the Fleet Manager will take over all his/her task related to operational matters.

Qualifications:

1. Must be a graduate of any bachelor's degree course.
2. Must have an extensive experience in crew manning or Shipmanagement for a minimum of 2 years holding a Junior Managerial position or its equivalent if of technical background.
