• Assist senior florist / manager in daily florist operations and production tasks.
• Follow assigned duty roster and daily work schedule as planned by the florist lead or manager.
• Support sales floor operations during shift, including basic customer assistance and order preparation.
• Assist in stock checking and inventory tracking under supervision.

○ Participate in stock count for fresh flowers, packaging and accessories upon receiving goods.

• Support stock replenishment and proper storage of flowers and materials.
• Assist with ordering and sourcing by preparing stock lists and coordinating with suppliers as instructed.

○ Includes fresh flowers, dried & preserved flowers, packaging, tools and accessories.

• Cut, clean, condition and prepare fresh and preserved flowers and foliage upon receiving, following standard procedures.
