Junior Franchise Operations Manager

What you'll do:

The Daily Coffee Café Franchise is looking for a hands-on Junior Franchise Operations Manager, based in Gauteng to support our growing national footprint.

• Support franchisees with daily operational excellence
• Assist with store audits, SOP compliance & on-site support
• Help drive consistency, quality, and great customer experiences
• Work closely with our operations and support teams

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Have experience in hospitality, retail, or franchise environments
• Are organised, people-focused, and solutions-driven
• Don't mind travelling between stores
• Want to grow into a senior operations role over time

Based in Gauteng
Coffee experience = big advantage

Company vehicle included. You must have a drivers license.
