About the Role
We are looking for a fast, creative, and data-aware Thumbnail Designer with 1 year of hands-on experience who can design high-CTR thumbnails quickly without compromising quality. You must have a strong portfolio showing your speed-to-output ratio and examples of thumbnails that have contributed to high-view videos.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality, click-worthy thumbnails per day (fast turnaround without quality loss).
Create A/B test variations quickly to optimize CTR.
Follow brand style guides while keeping thumbnails fresh and trend-aware.
Use analytics and performance data to iterate on designs.
Work closely with content and SEO teams to align thumbnails with video titles and topics.
