Job Description

 Purpose of the role
  : Working closely with the Lead Designer to an agreed weeklyworkflow plan, the Junior Graphic Designer is able to take conceptdirection and briefs to will be able provide relevant, commercially successfuland on-brand graphic design solutions across digital and print media.
  Responsibilities: 
 Develop engaging, commercial and on-brand designs for print collateral, including catalogues, in-store POS, direct mail and other designs. This includes developing the look and feel of layout and imagery whilst always keeping a close eye on detail and with the Crew customer in mind
 Create assets for email, web, social media, YouTube, display and affiliate channels
 Work with the wider creative team to translate marketing collateral to digital assets for online use (e.g. local marketing, blog posts, competitions, look books)
