Junior GTM Engineer

Hiring: Junior GTM Engineer (Outbound Ops + Salesforce) — Remote (Pakistan)

I'm hiring a Junior GTM Engineer to help me execute deliverability-safe, signal-based outbound systems for B2B SaaS companies.

This is a hands-on ops role: list building, segmentation, CRM hygiene, and clean handoff into Salesforce. You'll work directly with me and follow clear SOPs/checklists.

Time: 6 hours/day, Monday–Friday

Location: Remote (Pakistan)

What you'll do (responsibilities)

• Build target account lists using ICP + why now signals (hiring, tool changes, expansion, etc.)
• Find + verify contacts, keep data clean (dedupe, formatting, suppression lists)
• Support outbound execution (sequence QA, personalisation checks, sending schedule setup)
• Reply triage: Interested / Not now / Referral / Wrong person / Unsubscribe
