We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona. In this role your primary mission is to uphold and maintain our apartments to the highest aesthetic and functional standards. You will be the direct owner of the guest transition cycle, managing the end‑to‑end process of check‑outs and check‑ins to ensure every arrival is flawless. This role requires a hands‑on approach to quality control, where you will conduct rigorous inspections, coordinate seamless housekeeping turnovers, and resolve any maintenance issues with urgency. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will navigate the daily challenges of a fast‑growing start‑up to ensure that every property in our care consistently delivers a premium, five‑star experience for our guests.
