Junior HCI/Server Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Junior HCI/Server Engineer to join our dynamic team at Mesiniaga Berhad. In this contract role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our company's critical infrastructure, including hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) and server systems. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our IT environment.

What you'll be doing

• Install, configure, and maintain HCI and server systems to meet business requirements
• Provide first-level troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to HCI and escalate any issues to the senior engineers or vendor(s).
• Provide back-up, assist in recovery and disaster recovery procedures on related HCI platforms.
