Junior Health & Safety Advisor Junior Health and Safety Officer required to work for a Tier 1 Developer on an upcoming residential project in North Dublin. Role & Responsibilities: Enforce implementation of company's policies, procedures, and management systems for health, safety, quality, and environmental issues. Assist site management in drafting and communicating Method Statements, Safe Plans of Action, and Tool Box Talks, providing advice and support as needed. Conduct Health & Safety induction programs for new employees or sub-contractors on site. Carry out regular inspections and site audits, reporting any findings to site and senior company management. Ensure prompt follow-up to address any identified issues. Ensure that all accidents are reported, recorded, investigated, and appropriate notifications are given to the Directors, Health & Safety Authority, and Insurers as required.
