Junior High Language Arts Teacher

Chief Aranazhi School 1 Full Time Position: Junior High Language Arts Teacher Alexis Board of Education is looking for a Language Arts Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. We are looking for a teacher who can build on the current strengths of our school and is focused on providing a balanced education through the delivery of approved curriculum that is grounded in traditional Alexis Nakota Sioux teachings. Our student population is approximately 140 from grades 7 to 12, our Native language is Nakota Sioux (Stoney) and we are located an hour northwest of the City of Edmonton and 30 minutes from the City of Spruce Grove. The successful applicant will begin duties at the commencement of the 2025-2026 school year; a competitive salary based on qualification, skill and experience will be paid.
