Junior HR Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Junior HR Analyst to support key HR initiatives across employee engagement, learning & development alignment, onboarding and separation processes, employer branding, and HR analytics.
This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and enhancing employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Help design and execute initiatives that bring people together
Support fun, thoughtful, and inclusive engagement programs
Listen to employee feedback and help turn insights into action
Assist in designing engagement surveys and pulse checks.
Coordinate internal training programs that help employees grow.
Track learning participation and impact.
Help identify development needs across teams.
