Junior HR Generalist - Labour Law & HR Analytics

**THE POSITION**

We are looking for a motivated Junior HR Specialist with a strong focus on Labour Law, HR Processes, and Data Analysis. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who combines a solid academic background in labour law with a strong interest in analytics and HR organization.

The candidate will work closely with the HR Director, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and Local Services, contributing to labour law matters, HR projects, organizational initiatives, and process improvements, including in international environments.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**

+ Monitor and stay up to date on labour law regulations, assessing their impact on the organization.
+ Support the interpretation and application of the Chemical-Pharmaceutical National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL).
