What we're looking for:
Degree or Diploma in IT Systems or related field
Experience working with HubSpot CRM or a similar CRM platform
Strong understanding of automation workflows and sales pipelines
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and systems-driven
Patient, proactive, and confident supporting non-technical users
The role:
Full-time, on-site position based on the Atlantic Seaboard
Manage and optimise the HubSpot CRM system
Oversee lead generation workflows and sales automation
Provide CRM training and ongoing support to property agents
Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system efficiency
