Job objective

The Junior Human Resources Analyst's main objective will be to support the efficient management of Human Resources processes, as well as to provide administrative support to the department.

Main responsibilities

• Support the implementation and administration of HR processes.
• Provide support in Compensation and Document Management.
• Manage the Expatriate Management process.
• Create and maintain the department's SharePoint for the storage of confidential information.
• Develop and maintain the digital and physical personnel file system.
• Provide administrative support for the coordination of interviews, medical examinations, severance agreements, and notarial procedures.
• Perform HR data analysis to support decision-making.
• Prepare reports and presentations with metrics for the area.
• Participate in special Human Resources projects.
