Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to join our Human Resources team in Durban. The successful candidate will support daily HR operations during the night shift, assist with recruitment and administration, and ensure compliance with company policies and South African labour legislation.

Working Hours

• Night shift position
• Willingness and availability to work Afternoons and evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Night shift premium pay will be provided in accordance with company policy and labour legislation

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and selection (posting ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
