Junior Immigration Legal Counsel

Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of Canadian immigration matters through the BorderPass platform; Oversee the preparation and submission of immigration applications; Represent clients in hearings, including Federal Court matters where applicable; Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance the platform’s legal capabilities; Identify client trends and proactively contribute to service improvements using platform data; Support a high volume of clients through efficient, tech-enabled legal strategies; Stay informed on immigration law and policy changes to ensure platform accuracy and legal compliance

Who You Are Licensed to practice law in Canada; Minimum 3+ years of experience in Canadian immigration law; Strong experience preparing and filing a broad range of immigration applications; Experience representing clients in hearings and/or Federal Court matters is an asset; Comfortable using legal technology platforms and tools; Strong written and verbal com...
