First-line legal support for business and support teams: quick guidance, risk identification, and escalation of complex matters to the Legal Counsel.

Contract support: drafting, reviewing, and negotiating (under supervision) commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs/SOWs, licenses, implementation, maintenance/support, service and procurement agreements.

Compliance/GDPR: support in implementing and maintaining policies and processes, preparing clauses and documentation, supporting audits and compliance obligations, and assisting with security requirements.

HR support: day-to-day employment law matters (consultations, documentation, risk assessment).

Public tenders support: analysis of tender documentation, identification of red flags in contract drafts, and support in correspondence and clarifications during tender procedures.
