Junior Integration/Middleware Engineer based in Pretoria on site full time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring IBM DataPower services (MPGW, WSP, XML Firewall)
• Support REST and SOAP API integrations
• Apply basic security configurations (SSL/TLS, certificates, authentication)

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of IBM DataPower or API gateways
• REST and SOAP fundamentals
• XML / JSON message formats

Nice to Have

• Exposure to IBM API Connect
• Understanding of SOA or integration principles
• Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
