We are a small design & build set-up with a select clientele and interesting projects to work on. Our works are rooted in a sense of simplicity and a love for building ).
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Someone who is passionate about design and has a curiosity for how things come together. Some experience is welcome but not necessary. Ambition is necessary as we are looking to train apprentices so that they can eventually become directors in our company.
ABILITY X PAY PROGRESSION
Your first 3 months will be a probation period, during which you will be supporting the director with ongoing projects and learning as much as possible on site. Probation pay: $1500/month. The next stage will be taking charge of projects under the guidance of the director. You will continue to make a base salary of $1500/month and a performance-based bonus depending on the profitability of each project.
