Our client is a leading boutique entertainment law firm based in downtown Vancouver. They primarily serve corporate clients in the film and television industry across Western Canada. Their firm is well known in the local screen sector for our expertise, integrity, and professionalism.

They are currently looking for a junior to intermediate Corporate Paralegal to join their team, and work with fantastic people in a casual, friendly work environment. This is a full-time position with working hours from 8am to 4pm at their downtown Vancouver office.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Perform routine corporate maintenance, and bespoke corporate actions, including: Incorporations and dissolutions of BC companies
Updating company minute books, including director, officer, and shareholder records
Preparing, drafting, and administering Annual Report documents, extra-provincial registrations, company name cha...
