Junior Investment Analyst (Real Assets)

About the role

Our client is a Singapore based investment platform focused on thematic real assets in a high growth sector. The team works with a range of institutional counterparties across the region.

They are hiring a junior Investment Analyst to support a small, fast moving investment team. This role suits someone early in their buy side or transaction career who wants broad exposure across deal evaluation, analysis, and day to day execution support.

Key responsibilities

• Support evaluation of real asset and life sciences ecosystem related opportunities through financial analysis, financial modelling, and valuation work
• Prepare investment memos, summaries, and presentation materials for internal decision making
• Conduct industry, market, and company research, including comps and relevant transaction benchmarks
