Junior Investment / Quant Associate

Join a fast-growing, independent investment boutique specialising in liquid alternatives, now ~1 year into its journey.

This is a front-office aligned role , working closely with the PM and offering direct exposure to investment decisions, fund activity, and strategy development from day one.

The Role

A broad, hands‑on position supporting both the day-to-day running of the fund and ongoing systems / infrastructure build-out . You’ll combine quantitative thinking with practical execution , gaining real investment exposure early.

• Support fund operations (valuations, fees, processes)
• Improve and automate workflows (systems / IT focus)
• Work with internal & external stakeholders
• Support the PM across structured products & cross-asset strategies
• Contribute analytically (non-heavy modelling)
