Junior IT Engineer

A Law Firm based in Pretoria East is looking for a Junior IT Engineer.

The Junior IT Engineer provides frontline (1st Line) and basic escalated (2nd Line) technical support in a Microsoft Windows and Office 365 environment. The role includes daily operational tasks, device preparation, user setups, and support in a call‑centre-style environment

Experience Required:

• Must have an A+ qualification.
• An N+ qualification will be an advantage; however, the successful candidate will be required to complete the N+ within three months of accepting the position.
• Previous work experience in a similar role. (Call centre environment)
