• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues related to laptops, servers, printers, and storage devices.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs...
