About the Role

We are looking for a Junior IT & Operations Assistant who is hands-on, organised, and eager to learn. This role is ideal for someone with solid basic IT skills—especially PC hardware—who enjoys problem-solving and supporting day-to-day operations. You'll assist with IT setup, troubleshooting, research tasks, and general operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, upgrade, and maintain PCs and laptops
• Set up workstations, install software, manage updates, and handle drivers
• Troubleshoot common IT issues (PC hardware, Wi-Fi, printers, Windows/software issues)
• Provide clear updates and communicate professionally via email and messaging tools
• Research tools, hardware, or solutions and summarise findings clearly
• Use AI tools to assist with research and writing while verifying accuracy
