RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior IT Specialist to join its office in Rio de Janeiro within the Operating Engine Division. 
Mission  The IT Junior Specialist provides second-level technical support, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of IT operations while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and maintaining a professional, service-oriented attitude. 
Key Accountabilities  Provide second-level technical support for Windows 11 and Office 365 (first-level support is managed by the Global Enterprise Help Desk). 
Diagnose and troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues (hardware repairs are handled by external vendors). 
Perform operating system installations for notebooks and workstations.
