Junior IT Support

Job Title: Junior IT Support Specialist

Work Location: On-site – Davao City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot basic Windows and/or macOS issues
• Assist with computer setup, software installation, and system updates
• Support basic network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, internet)
• Handle IT requests via ticketing system, email, or phone
• Maintain IT asset inventory and simple documentation
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when needed

Required

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
