Junior it technician / technical support engineer

Role Overview:

Great opportunity for a junior IT professional looking to grow their career in a dynamic support environment. You’ll provide first-line technical support and gain exposure across infrastructure, networking, and Vo IP systems.

Minimum requirements: 0–2 years’ experience in IT Support / Helpdesk Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking fundamentals Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple support requests Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line IT support (remote & on-site) Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals Support Vo IP systems and network connectivity Manage user accounts, password resets, and access requests Log and track incidents via helpdesk systems Escalate complex issues where required Advantageous: Comp TIA A+ Cisco / Fortinet / Sophos certifications Basic cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure) Exposure to ticketing systems and remote tools #J-18808-...
