We are seeking a proactive Junior Key Accounts professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. This role supports key customers through accurate order processing, effective communication, and close coordination with internal departments. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process sales orders, invoices, and contracts; track and maintain records.
• Update customer databases (CRM) and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams for order fulfilment.
• Handle sales‑related administrative paperwork.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order or delivery issues.

Coordination & Communication

• Schedule meetings and support the sales team with follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotional materials and campaigns.
