Salary: $2400-$2700

Working Days & Hours: 5.5 Days Workweeks 8.30am-9.30pm (with 2 hrs break) / 8.30am-3pm (after probation) / 6 Days workweeks during probation

Location: Bugis / Lentor / Thomson Plaza

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day operations according to SOP in Kitchen
• Assist in preparing/cutting food ingredients/ cooking (before and during operations).
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and labelling of ingredients
• Maintain the highest standards of food service quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Ensure freshness and quality of all menu items.
• Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.

Requirements:

• With one year of relevant working experiences
• Experience in Japanese cuisine restaurant will be an advantage
