36.25 Hours per week. Monday - Friday. 09:00 - 17:00. 
Purpose of the post: 
Support the water chemistry department. 
Prepare standards and reagents according to established protocols.
Perform sample preparation and conduct chemical analysis using a variety of techniques, apparatus, and instrumentation.
Accurately enter data into the laboratory database, ensuring consistency and reliability.
Maintain precise record-keeping in line with the UKAS quality system requirements.
Record and manage sample details upon receipt at the laboratory.
Ensure all records meet the requirements for UKAS/ISO 17025 accreditation.
Assist with general laboratory housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment
