Junior Lawyer

Job description:

• Candidates must have earned a degree of Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from a reputable school
• Must be a passer of the Philippine Bar Examination and currently licensed to practice law in the Philippines
• At least 2 - 4 years of experience in litigation practice
• Possesses the qualifications to be a commissioned Notary Public for and in Mandaluyong
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Rules of Court, corporate law, labor law, tax law and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
• Membership in the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) in good standing and possesses a high degree of professional ethics, integrity and responsibility
• Good time management, organizational and project management skills
• Outstanding communication skills and proficiency in the English Language, both oral and written
