Junior Lawyer (Paralegal) - Corporate Americas

What you’ll be doing

1.Undertakes the drafting and / or legal review of materials related to entities in the region including formation documents, board and shareholder meeting documentation, and other compliance documentation.
2. Supports with Board / personnel changes, business license renewals / registrations, and powers of attorney, taking into account business continuity, personnel and tax considerations.
3. Coordinates with members of the regional and global Finance teams to ensure entity compliance with local financial statement requirements, including the creation and maintenance of annual compliance calendars.
4. Supports maintenance of the legal team's paper and electronic filing systems, with full responsibility for managing the archiving process, including legal entity records and minute books.
