Responsibilities

• Support Alcor’s Legal Team in providing legal assistance to Alcor entities and R&D centers of technology companies in Colombia and across LATAM region.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on legislation and case law in Colombia and relevant LATAM jurisdictions.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, data protection documents, and IP transfer clauses.
• Help maintain and improve company policies, templates, and internal guidelines for compliance and corporate governance.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in corporate, labor, or commercial law (internship or paralegal experience in international, or IT-related environments is an advantage)....
