Junior Legal Advisor

A well-established and fast-growing organisation in the logistics sector is looking for a Junior Legal Advisor / Legal Officer (Commercial & Contracts) to join their team.

This role is ideal for a legally trained professional who enjoys hands-on, business-facing legal work with strong exposure to commercial contracts. This is not a litigation role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (SLAs, supplier agreements, NDAs, trading terms)
• Supporting the full contract lifecycle (amendments, renewals, version control)
• Providing practical legal advice to operational and commercial teams
• Supporting compliance (Companies Act, CPA, POPIA)
• Assisting with governance documentation and standard contract templates

Requirements:

• Completed LLB (essential)
• 0–3 years' experience in commercial law or contract drafting
