Job Description
- Assist in the conduct of due diligence. Conduct due diligence on properties eyed by the Company for investment like future expansion or possible source of additional raw materials. The review includes site inspection, technical research, validation and evaluation of documents and verification of involved parties (owners or those with SPA) prior to endorsement to project proponent.
- Assist in the implement and maintain an effective and efficient system for monitoring and accounting of real property assets and cases connected to it. Implement and maintain a system for monitoring, accounting and updating all real properties owned or leased by the Company and their corresponding records such as Original Certificate of Title (OCT) or Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT), electronic map, contracts, permits, and other related documents to make it readily available at all times.
