What You’ll Drive
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large scale construction claims and disputes (including claims preparation, negotiation, adjudication, mediation and all types of ADR).
Involvement in non-contentious (including dispute avoidance, training and workshops, drafting agreements and standard terms and conditions, contract reviews and negotiation, and providing management and site team with practical advice on specialist, large scale complex or problem projects).

Qualifications

You’re a Great Fit If You Have
Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience, preferably in project finance, PPP, infrastructure, and construction projects
Proven experience as an in-house or business-focused legal counsel
Strong understanding of corporate external environment and regulatory influences
