We are currently looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to strengthen our Legal team in Dübendorf. You will work in an international and dynamic environment and will work closely with other functional areas and stakeholders within Huawei Technologies Switzerland AG. You are expected to proactively identify and initiate internal improvements as well as to broaden responsibilities beyond the job description.

Main Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft various types of contracts for all departments and business groups, such as carrier network business group, enterprise business group, cloud business unit, digital power business group, and consumer business group, namely but not limited to sales contracts, procurement contracts, service- and rental contracts
