JUNIOR LEGAL COUNSEL
We are looking for a Jr. Legal Counsel to review and draft commercial contracts with suppliers, identify legal risks, and advise the Human Resources department on labor matters that may arise, ensuring compliance with the Federal Labor Law. The role will also involve promoting adherence to the company’s internal policies and, in general, supporting the legal department in mitigating corporate risks.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Law (mandatory). The candidate must already have graduated.
1 to 2 years of experience in corporate law, labor law, or commercial contracts.
Preferably, experience in a multinational or transnational company, or in a law firm providing services to international corporations.
Intermediate–advanced English (contract review, email drafting, and participating in operational calls).
Proficiency in Office / Google Drive.
