Growing litigation practice is seeking a Junior Litigation Associate with 0–2 years of experience to join its team. This position is designed for an early-career attorney who is eager to develop strong litigation and courtroom skills while working closely with experienced trial attorneys.

Unlike heavily client-facing roles, this opportunity focuses on hands-on litigation training, substantive legal work, and courtroom exposure from the start.

Responsibilities

  Assist with all phases of litigation matters

  Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda

  Conduct legal research and case analysis
