Junior Logistics Aftermarket Coordinator

Position Summary

IDEX MPT Logistics team is looking for a smart, energetic, hard‑working candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate has good working knowledge of international traffic, transportation, and trade compliance.

Essential Functions

• Use small parcel company software (UPS, FedEx, DHL, Purolator, etc.) to ship small parts/parcels daily.
• Assist in the preparation of transportation documents – bills of lading, packing slip, commercial invoices, B13’s.
• Coordinate transportation and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demands with little to no delay.
• Maintain daily volume of shipments to ensure deadlines are met.
• Review backlog report to gauge daily shipments for on‑time delivery.
• Review daily shipping report in advance for inaccuracies.
• Provide transportation rates to Sales Team as requested.
