Duties and Responsibilities Oversee overall operation of the restaurant / take‑away. Ensure quality standards of food and Wackys Standard Operating Procedures are maintained. Oversee and manage stock control, purchasing and orders. Deal with customer complaints and maintain customer service levels at the restaurant / take‑away.
